New Star Wars Series Coming to Disney+ on May 27
Ewan McGregorinterpreter of Obi-Wan Kenobi, came out in defense of Episodes I, II and III of “Star Wars” during an event to promote the series of his character for Disney+.
According to the actor, “Revenge of the Sith” is “Really very good“. Hayden Christensenfamous for playing the young Anakin Skywalker who would later become Darth Vader, agreed”it’s a phenomenal movie“.
“You were a kid when our movies came out“, said McGregor to one of those present. “We kind of made them for you, and it was a bad experience making those movies. When you enter this world, it’s a big deal. It is scary. These films were not very appreciated by critics.“, continued.
The actor also talked about how people’s view of the trilogy has changed. “These people now really love our movies, but it took us 15 years to hear that. It’s really cool, it’s changed… my relationship with Star Wars is different because of that, I think“, revealed McGregor.
“It’s really lovely to have this new relationship with them. I hadn’t seen them [os filmes] since they left. In preparation for the series, watching them again was pretty cool.“, concluded the actor. Check out the moment:

“Obi-Wan Kenobi” will have 6 episodes and will feature the return of Ewan McGregor (“The Impossible”) as the Jedi Master who trained Anakin Skywalker (Hayden Christensen), and years later introduced Luke Skywalker knowledge of the Force. If his participation is confirmed, it would not be a big surprise for the fans, but a reason for celebration, since McGregor brought the character to life in the saga created by George Lucasbetween episodes I and III.
