Phythian was convicted of 14 counts of sexual activity with a child between 2005 and 2008, starting when the girl was 13 years old. In addition to the same 14 charges, mark was found guilty of four more counts of indecent assault against another girl from 2002 to 2003, when she was 15 years old. At the time of the accusations, both denied any act with a minor, but after the case was concluded, the justice managed to prove the contractor, the investigating officer did not fail to be ready about the case.

“I want to thank the two victims who showed great courage to come forward and speak about their ordeal”, Parminder Dhillon after the verdict. “While no punishment handed down by a court can undo the lifelong damage done to them, I hope they will take some degree of comfort in knowing that justice has now been done”, he added.
