Bridgerton: Fans Criticize Season 3 Choice Focused on Penelope and Colin Romance

As we already know, each season of “Bridgerton” will focus on a character in the family who won the title of the production of Shonda Rhimes (“Grey’s Anatomy”). And after being announced this Monday (16), that Penelope (Nicola Coughlan) and Colin (Luke Newton) will be the center of the third year, fans of the series did not like it very much, and shared on social networks who should have been chosen.

According to spectators, due to recent events, Eloise (Claudia Jessie) should be the center of the spotlight in the new wave of episodes, taking into account the participation he had in the story. “Bridgerton” tells the story of an aristocratic English family that finds itself entangled in a web of lust and betrayal. Following the proposal of each year to focus on a family member bridgertonthe second season was contemplated with the love story between the Viscount Anthony Bridgerton (Jonathan Bailey) and Kate Sharma (Simone Ashley) after many twists and turns between the duo.

The series will get a spinoff focused on the love story of Queen Charlotte (Golda Rosheuvel) how King George. “THE The miniseries will be written by Shonda Rhimes and will tell the Queen’s love story with King George and all the social changes their marriage caused in Bridgerton’s universe.” says the official synopsis released by Netflix. The younger version of the character will be played by India Amarteifio.

Also joining the cast are newcomers Corey Mylcherest (“Mars”), who will play the young king George, Sam Clemmett (“Cherry”), Richard Cunningham (“Rogue One”), Tunji Kasim (“Nancy Drew”), Rob Maloney (“Casualty”), Cyril Nri (“The Bill”) and Hugh Sachs (“Diabolic Minds”).

the veterans Adjoa Andohwhich interprets the Lady Agatha Danburyand Ruth Gemmellthat lives Lady Violet Bridgerton will also make appearances alongside the Queen of “Bridgerton”. The actress Arsema Thomas (“One Touch”) has already been confirmed to play a younger version of lady danbury.

The two seasons of “Bridgerton” are now available on Netflix. Meanwhile, the spin off The series does not yet have a set premiere date.
