The children’s film series Contes pour tous, launched by the late producer Rock Demers, will be posted on Thursday at Club illico and will be enriched by three new films, one of which will be shot in the summer.
The tuque war, Bach and boot, Peanut butter operation… Club illico subscribers will be able to (re) discover some classics of Quebec youth cinema starting Thursday. Every week, other films from Tales for All, restored by Elephant-Memory of Quebec Cinema, will be put online.
Three new Tales for All films will also be made, most notably by Les Productions La Fête, a production company created by Rock Demers.
Stories for everyone have marked the collective imagination and touched several generations. It is very important for us to meet the demand for content of Quebec families with new works adapted to today’s realities.said, in a press release, Dominic James, president of La Fête Productions.
Puts chickens Coco Farm
The first of these films will be called Coco Farm. Written by Dominic James and directed by Sébastien Gagné, to whom we owe Sleepless nights o Releaseso shoot it in the summer.
This feature film tells the story of a trio who create a farm of 500 lard laying eggs, but have to face the rural realities of Quebec.
