The first book in a series of 6 volumes, with more than 700 thousand copies sold in Brazil alone, tells the story of Sofia (Grigio), a connected, progressive, independent girl who is terrified of the mere mention of the word ‘marriage’. The only novels in her life are those in the literature of Jane Austen. Having no idea how to get back home, Sofia desperately tries to find a way to return to the 21st century as quickly as possible.

That’s how she ends up being taken in by the Clarke family and, with the help of the helpful Ian Clarkewhich will be lived by the actor Bruno Monteleone, embarks on a frantic search for clues that can help her solve this mystery and return to her much-loved modern life. What she didn’t expect is that her heart would be involved with this gentle gentleman.
