‘This Is Us’ star will guest star in final episodes of comedy series
The “This Is Us” star Milo Ventimiglia, will make a cameo in the final season of “Wonderful Mrs. Maisel.” The series’ executive producers, Amy Sherman Palladino and Daniel Palladinoconfirmed to TVLine that the actor will return to play the “Handsome Man” in the new episodes.
According to executives, the fifth year of production will still reveal the character’s true identity. “We’ll see a nice, longer part 2 for the whole Milo and Rachel thing [Brosnahan, protagonista da série]”, assured Daniel.
Set in 1958, the series tells the story of Miriam Midge Maisel (Rachel Brosnahan), a woman who leads the traditional life in an apartment on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, alongside her perfect husband and two children. After discovering that she has a great talent for comedy, she leaves the housewife life for the stage in stand-up performances.
“Wonderful Mrs. Maisel” is a creation of Amy Sherman-Palladino and Daniel Palladino, both responsible for “Gilmore Girls”. The list also has Michael Zegen (“The Stand In”) and Alex Borstein (“Family Guy”).
The four seasons of “Wonderful Mrs. Maisel” are available in the Prime Video catalog.
