The event will take place between June 4th and 5th at the Museum of Image and Sound (MIS), in São Paulo
“Pleasure”, film by Ninja Thyberg (“Hot Chicks”), which covers the backstage of the pornographic industry in the United States, will have its national premiere during the MUBI Festival.
The premiere replaces the screening of “Swallow” (2019), scheduled for 2 pm on June 4. The audience of the event will be able to watch the film before its exclusive arrival on the platform, on June 17.
MUBI highlights that A24’s “Pleasure” has “strong scenes and +18 rating,”. Furthermore, “‘Pleasure’ takes a look at the male-dominated adult film industry from the perspective of an ambitious young woman seeking stardom in Los Angeles.“.

The festival will take place between June 4th and 5th at the Museum of Image and Sound (MIS), in São Paulo. The festival is produced by Cinnamon and supported by MIS and the British Embassy in Brazil, and will feature an interactive space with free access.
Tickets are now available for purchase and are sold only for activities inside the auditorium. They cost R$ 20.00 (full price) and R$ 10.00 (half price and MUBI subscribers).
