Sunday night wasn’t just another night in New York, since in Radio Town Hall the 75th delivery of press toniwhich distinguishes the best of the theater released in Broadway.

The ceremony had Ariana DeBose, the actress who won the Oscar for Best Supporting Actress for the musical Love without barriersby Steven Spielberg, as host and host, who kicked off the evening with a spectacular song and dance show.

The main winners were A Strange cycle, who had already won the Pulitzer Prize for the book, which tells the life of a gay African American usher, who does not find his place. The musical started out as a favorite, because it had 11 nominations and won in the main category, best musical and best book.

As for the text work, The Lehman trilogy It was the big winner, as in addition to best show he obtained awards for best direction (Sam Mendes), actor in a comedy (Simon Russell Beale), scenography and lighting.

Y Agency, the revival of Stephen Sondheim’s timeless musical, was another big winner. One of the producers is Argentine Ricardo Hornos. with Valentina Berger.
