Netflix gave the green light to Squid game: the challengea series of reality show contests, based on the game of squidthe hit South Korean drama released in 2021.

The 10-episode competition series is a co-production between Studio Lambert and The Garden and will be shot in the UK. Stephen Lambert, Tim Harcourt and Toni Ireland are executive producers of Studio Lambert, while John Hay, Nicola Hill and Nicola Brown are executive producers of The Garden.
