Rage Against The Machine cancel their European tour, including their concert at Rock en Seine

“It is with great sadness that we announce this cancellation”: Rage Against The Machine announced this Thursday on its Instagram account that it was forced to cancel its concerts scheduled for August and September in the United Kingdom and Europe.

“Rage Against The Machine is scheduled to wrap up their concert series at Madison Square Garden on August 11, 12 and 14, and then Zack will have to return home to rest and rehab. The flights, the travel and the strict schedule of [la tournée] prevent him from making a full recovery.

“We feel sorry for our fans who have waited for years to see us,” the statement concluded, noting that a refund is possible. The group’s tour will start again in February 2023, but in the United States. The group had planned a concert in France on August 30, at Rock en Seine. Already scheduled for 2020, it had been canceled due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Due to the cancellation of the Rage Against The Machine tour, Rock en Seine has decided to cancel the day on Tuesday, August 30, the demonstration announced. Also scheduled for that day were Run the Jewels, Frank Carter and the Rattlesnakes, Ausgang, Pogo Car Crash Control, Parlor Snakes and Crawlers. A refund request will be possible in a few days.
