Fito Paez keeps adding dates for his big tour “Love 30 Years After Love Tour” and set to record for an Argentine artist at the Movistar Arena.
The musician they just announced their eighth and final show in that stadium, Tuesday 8 November, drawing the eight dates of Ricardo Arjona.

So far, Fito Paez has seven sold out shows for 20, 21, 25, 26, 29, 30 and 7 November September.

Now, with the eighth Movistar Arena, he adds as a national artist the record of performances in the place and in this way all the presentations that Paez will make in the capital for the rest of this year are completed.

In May, Fito Páez announced that he would record new versions of the songs they were a part of Love after lovehis most successful album, which marked the 30th anniversary of its release on June 1st.
“The idea is to transform it, revisit it and do new things,” said Páez during an interview with Julio Leiva for Caja Negra’s YouTube channel that was recorded with an audience at Usina del Arte.
The repertoire of that emblematic and successful album with 14 songs, included Two Days in the Life, Petal of Salt, A Dress and a Love, Tombs of Glory, The Magic Wheel, Behind the Wailing Wall, Microphone Light Y to roll my life.

During the talk, the Rosario artist revealed that the idea of undertaking this project was born from a meeting with the entrepreneur Daniel Grinbank and among the names he tries to incorporate in the versions of those classics are references to the current urban scene. like Bizarrap, Dillom, Nathy Peluso and Ca7riel.
“I wanted to call David Byrne, Elvis Costello or Caetano Veloso or Chico Buarque, Rubén Rada,” he also listed, adding international figures to the ongoing project.
The musician, who will turn 60 next year, has edited Love after love in 1992, with the participation of Luis Alberto Spinetta, Charly García, Mercedes Sosa, Gustavo Cerati, Fabiana Cantilo, Celeste Carballo and Andrés Calamaro, among many others. Of the fourteen tracks on the album, ten were released as singles.
