This Tuesday the reporter died Magdalena Ruiz Guiñazu. The famous writer and broadcaster had 91 years old.

Her latest work was on Radio Miter, where she conducted a cycle on Saturday morning, in which she played some of the classic songs that moved her. But her beginnings date back to the 1950s.

In an interview he conducted this year with Clarione, recalled that the first note that “officially” made her a journalist was a conversation with the American contralto Marian Anderson. Over the course of her career she has received 15 Martín Fierro awards.

Her arrival on the radio came at the hands of her friend Cacho Fontana, who included her in his Fontana Show on Radio Rivadavia and in his Videoshow on Teleonce. At that time she was working as a mobile worker on Channel 7, when the reference radio “discovered” her.
