Second batch of ‘Ozark’ episodes arrives on Netflix in late April

One of the most iconic and important locations in the “Ozark” was the Byrde family home. As the series draws to a close, Netflix has released a behind-the-scenes video showing the cast and crew saying goodbye to the venue.

In the preview, the actresses Laura Linney and Jessica Frances Dukes get emotional when talking about how important the place was for the development of the story and characters. “When someone says ‘Ozark’ to me, that’s what comes to mind: the Byrde house,” it says linneyinterpreter of Wendy.

Skylar Gaertnerwho plays Jonah Byrde, visits the set for the last time and comments: “I’ve been here since I was 12 or 13”while walking around the house and remembering moments of the production from the first day at the set.

The 7-minute video also features testimonials and behind-the-scenes footage from the entire cast of “Ozark”, in addition to the production team that worked on the series during all four seasons. “In a way, it became our home”declares Sofia Hublitz (Charlotte Byrde)

At the start of the new year, with the atmosphere between the cartels increasingly tense, Marty and Wendy (Laura Linney) tried to peacefully negotiate an agreement between the faction leaders, but not everything went as planned.

ABOUT “OZARK”

Started in 2017 by Netflix, the production follows a family that moves to the Ozark lakes region, in the USA, in order to launder money for a drug lord who has a personal vendetta against his father, Marty (Jason Bateman).

“Ozark” has a cast formed by Jason Batemanhow Marty Byrde; Laura Linney, how Wendy Byrde; the winner of two Emmys, Julia Garnerlike the cheater Ruth Langmore; Sofia Hubiltshow Charlotte and more.

The series has already won three Emmys, including two for the actress. Julia Garner (“Inventing Anna”), who plays the local crook Ruth Langmore in the plot.

The first seven episodes of the series hit Netflix in January. Part 2 of the series is scheduled for April 29.
