Eighteen more patients also died of COVID-19, bringing the death toll to 15,084 since the pandemic began.

Quebec also listed 1,416 new infections, bringing the number of confirmed cases in Quebec to 1,048,878 since February 2020.

However, the number of cases identified does not represent the situation, as access to screening centers is only possible for groups considered priority.

So far, more than 91% of Quebecers aged 5 and over have received a single dose of COVID-19 vaccine, 54% have received the third dose and 10% the fourth dose, according to data from the Ministry of Health and Quebec Social Services.
