Missing child in Saskatchewan: RCMP to strengthen water searches

Little Frank Young is still missing, 16 days after he disappeared in Red Earth Cree Nation, Saskatchewan.

The RCMP announced on Wednesday that the teams will continue the search until they make sure they have exhausted all possibilities.

In a virtual conference, given in the absence of the Cree Nation’s Leader Pulang LupaActing North District Officer Fabian Head Inspector Murry Chamberlin said the ground search has been ongoing since the recent update last week.

All leads received by police are being thoroughly investigated, Inspector Chamberlin said. However, he clarified that none of this led to information on the little child’s movements.

Digging deeper in the water

Inspector Murry Chamberlin, indicated that research will change the water, now that the snow has melted.

Frank Young was last seen outside his home in Red Earth Cree Nation, 300 kilometers northeast of Saskatoon, on the afternoon of April 19, 2022.
