Duncan Bailey, one of four men found in the wreckage of a plane 100 kilometers west of Dryden on April 30, is wanted by British Columbia authorities.
The 37-year-old was linked to the Independent Soldiers gang.
He received his parole after being charged with conspiracy to commit murder with an accomplice in connection with the October 6, 2020 shooting in Vancouver.
Mir Hussain, a 42-year-old man, was shot while carrying a baby out of the Bells and Whistles bar.
Mr. Hussain survived, but was then killed in May 2021 following an, unsolved, murder in Coquitlam.
A warrant for the arrest of Mr. Bailey was issued on April 26, days before the crash, for violating the terms of his court agreement.
The identity of the fourth victim was also released by the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) on Wednesday, after relatives were notified of his death.
This is Hankun Hong, 27 years old and a native of Richmond, British Columbia.
Authorities are still investigating
The Joint Organized Crime Unit of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police in British Columbia is still trying to establish contact between the four victims.
One of them is suspected hitman Gene Lahrkamp, who is wanted by Thai police following the murder of former street gang member Jimi Sandhu on the island of Phuket on February 5th.
We are not familiar with the individuals on the planesaid Sergeant Brenda Winpenny.
He added that an arrest warrant had been issued for Lahrkamp, one of the most wanted fugitives in the country, shortly before his death.
His accomplice, 36-year-old Matthew Dupre, who was also charged in this case, was arrested in Alberta and will remain in custody pending extradition.
