Unai Winner He has renewed his contract as a lion until 2027. The Rekalde midfielder has reached an agreement with Athletic to extend the relationship for two more years, which ended in 2025, and has eliminated the termination clause set at 40 million at the time.
The Bilbao player has valued the agreement in a statement made to the club’s official media: “It is an immense happiness and an honor to be here. I want to thank the club for the trust placed in me. The negotiations came from some time ago, it is a real joy to be here, I hope to be many more years”.
