The Ottawa Police Service (OPS) is looking for witnesses to a target shooting that occurred Thursday afternoon on Highway 417. Two people were injured.

“Investigators confirmed that there was an exchange of gunfire between two vehicles traveling east on the freeway expressway. […] One of these vehicles was a white Mercedes. “, police said in a press release on Friday.
The two injured were taken to hospital, but were also released.
A man and a woman, both 25, were admitted to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.we learned in the press release.
