Motorists are pinned at 168 km / h and 199 km / h in Ontario

Ontario Provincial Police pulled over drivers speeding nearly double the speed of the highway over the weekend.

A New York motorist was arrested on the Queen Elizabeth Freeway (QEW) in Burlington early Sunday morning while traveling at 120 mph, according to OPP Constable Kerry Schmidt.

The 36-year-old man’s vehicle was seized within 14 days.

His license was also suspended, Schmidt said.

He added that another driver was stuck at 168 km/h around 11 a.m. Sunday on Highway 410, near Highway 401, in Mississauga.

The 18-year-old man from Paris, Ont., Also possesses five driver’s licenses as well as marijuana in hand, according to POP.

His license was suspended for 30 days and his vehicle was impounded for two weeks, Officer Schmidt said.
