The Ministère des Transports will begin work to restore traffic on Route 101, near Poularies.
In a press release, the ministry announced that it will begin temporary renovations in the week of May 29, when all materials needed for the work will be received.
The intervention should be spread over three weeks and allow vehicles to start using the section again.
Work to permanently rebuild the culvert affected by pavement erosion will take place in the summer of 2023.
Note that due to the collapse of the lane, a section of Route 101 located 450 meters north of the intersection with Route 390, between Rue Drouin and Avenue du Coteau had to be closed to circulation on May 12.
Road users must currently use the 55.6 -kilometer detour on routes 390, 393 and 111.
