He added that he also lied to his future wife who believed it he was honest while he was cheating on other women like the two complained. I lied to them, because I got what I wanted from themhe says.

Mr. Hoggard certainly rejects the idea that he becomes dissatisfied or angry when women reject his advances.

She said her experience in bed taught her to communicate well with her partners and get clues that would tell her they were not interested in some of her sexual games.

I know the body language of women, I can never think of hurting themhe pointed out.

Finally, she admitted that she consulted a friend who was a lawyer, because she was considering suing one of the plaintiffs for defamation after he falsely accused her of hurting him during their intercourse.

Last testimonial

The defense ended the hearings by calling its last witness at the bar: the limousine driver who drove the young complainant home after his meeting with the defendants.

Steven Wigoda will be called as a prosecution witness, but ultimately he was not called by the Crown for unexplained reasons.

That is why the defense was the witness to show that it did not notice anything abnormal in the complainant when he left the Sheraton in Mississauga on September 30, 2016.

A judicial description of the testimony of the first plaintiff.

Mr. affirms. Wigoda from the very beginning that he did not know Jacob Hoggard and he did not know then that the singer had reserved the service of his company to bring the first complainant to his hotel.

The driver, who has 25 years of experience, also explained that he used to write everything in his logbook in case municipal inspectors control.

He pointed out that his young passenger gave him the address of the Sheraton Gateway, when he got in the car at 10 am, without specifying that it was indeed a hotel.

We talked very little back and forth and he still didn’t change his look when I rode the second time.he pointed out, saying he dropped him off at the Sheraton at 11 am

He clarified that he gave her his business card, as he would be staying nearby for lunch.

He called me just an hour after I left him at the Sheratonhe continued, when he was scheduled to return to pick him up around 4 p.m.

His testimony was important for the defense in the sense that the complainant said during the trial that he had stayed at the hotel for some time. He also said the driver saw him in a state of shock after picking him up at the hotel.

She also pointed out that her hair was messy and her make-up faded, as she did not have time to fix herself when the accused left.

Cross-examination

In its cross-examination, the Crown instructed the driver that Jacob Hoggard called him to drive the complainant and not the maid. I was convinced it was a woman’s voicehe said.

Upon re -hearing of his statement to the police in May 2018, Mr. Wigoda told prosecutor Jill Witkin that she said the teenager was really unwell on his return. She was no longer wearing a ponytail and her makeup was drippinghe remembered now.

He finally admitted that he was cheerful and very talkative on the road and quieter in return.

Mr. does not remember either. Wigoda that he stopped on the way, as the maiden says. I would have written in my notebook thenhe added, reiterating that he did not suspect anything serious in his passenger’s behavior.

He also can’t remember if anyone called him while sitting in the back. I turned on the radiohe said.

He admits that it called him two months later to ask the name of the person who booked the limousine on September 30, 2016. I told him he needed to find this information himself.he concludes.

The hearing was adjourned to Friday. Both sides will present their final arguments to the jurors.
