A third person was charged with first degree murder in the death of Joedin Leger in April in Moncton, New Brunswick.
Jerek John England, 23, was arrested in Moncton as part of the investigation. He appeared in Moncton Provincial Court on Friday morning, where he was indicted.
The other two men charged with first-degree murder in the case are 18-year-old Riley Robert Sheldon Philips and 20-year-old Hunter Nash England, both from the Moncton area.
The three accused will remain in custody until their next appearance, June 27, at 11 p.m.
The cases stemmed from an incident on April 25 at a residence on Logan Lane in Moncton.
Police attended the residence after being informed that firing was there.
He found Joedin Leger shot and wounded. He was later killed by his wounds.
