The members of SFPQ will decide on this topic through the national holiday, Patrick Audy, vice-president of the union, said in an interview on Friday.

The two large independent unions may find themselves splitting at the same time. It does not include that we have joint actionsaid Mr. Audy.

The members of SFPQ intends to appear at the Coalition avenir Québec convention on Saturday.

So much for SFPQ just for SPGQdisputing the issue of salary.

Sa SPGQadds other problematic clauses, including the employer teleworking policy and the creation of the category of part-time professionals with atypical hours.

Despite consulting members on a strike mandate, the SFPQ he says he is always open to discussions. The negotiations is not broken at allassurance of Mr. Audy. The channel of communication is still there, because ultimately what we want is to have an agreement in principle, not to strike.

Reached by e-mail, the management of Revenu Québec indicated that the exchange continues to renew collective agreements.

We are confident of reaching agreements with various unions and associations representing all Revenu Québec personnel.added by the employer.

The SPGQ represents Revenu Québec professionals in taxation, communications, collection, information technology and human resources, among others.

The SFPQ notably represents support, office, technician and information clerks.
