Justin Trudeau announced Monday that he was infected with COVID-19 but his condition has improved. This is the second time since the beginning of the year that the Prime Minister of Canada has been infected with the coronavirus.

Mr. Trudeau was first infected with COVID-19 at the end of January, three weeks after receiving his third dose of vaccine against the disease.
His wife, Sophie Grégoire, contracted the coronavirus in March 2020, at the start of the pandemic, after a trip to the United Kingdom.
