Daniel Alves’ sentence

Daniel, who has been in pre-trial detention since January last year, will remain in prison, according to information from G1. Furthermore, the player must spend nine years away from the victim.

The former Brazilian athlete was also ordered to pay compensation to the woman, in the amount of approximately 150 thousand euros, approximately R$804 thousand. Furthermore, Daniel will be responsible for covering the costs of the process. After serving his sentence, he will have supervised release for five years.
