Here because, The management wants the issue of replacing Ruben Darío to be resolved Insua for said intersection. Suddenly a name that wasn’t on the front page begins to gain internal strength in Boedo. This is a person from the house. Of an idol. Leandro Atilio Romagnoli He was the interim manager in the goalless draw against Central Córdoba that ended San Lorenzo’s poor participation in the League Cup and then applied for the position.

“I delude myself into managing San Lorenzo, I’m not lying. I feel good in the Reserve, they let me work in peace, but I always think about managing the Primera. I know they are looking for a coach and I see the names on the nets”warned Pipi, current coach of the Reserve, supported in his technical staff by Gonzalo Prósperi.

Does Romagnoli have a chance of becoming first team coach? The answer, as far as he knew Clarion, it’s positive. The former multiple champion with the rossoblù shirt is one of the few left in the running after excluding the options Zubeldía and Heinze. The leaders of Ciclón see him with the desire and authority to take responsibility, his public demonstration was liked and they do not rule out his continuity at all. And, as things currently stand, it’s almost a given that he will at least lead the effort in Uruguay.

However, there is another name for which a response is expected between Tuesday and Wednesday. Regard Nicolas Larcamon39 years old, who was he recently sacked by Ronaldo from Cruzeiro after losing the state final against classic rival, Gabriel Milito’s Atlético Mineiro. He lasted only four months in office despite having signed a two-season contract.

According to Marcelo Moretti, the president of San Lorenzo has been following Larcamón’s career since before he sat down in the Barça chair. It would be a good bet given that he has never coached Argentine football.

Larcamón began his coaching career in Venezuela with Deportivo Anzoátegui (2016-2017) and made the leap to Chile, where he coached Antofagasta (2018), Huachipato (2018-2019) and Curicó Unidos (2020). He then moved to Mexico and first managed Puebla and León, the club with which he won the Concachampions last year.

Despite the dismissal, Larcamón’s overall numbers at Cruzeiro were positive: he took charge of 14 matches with seven wins, four draws and three defeats.

Moretti and Nestor Ortigozapartner and managing director of San Lorenzo football, They met at Ezeiza airport with this man from La Plata who had to hang up his shoes at the age of 22 due to osteochondritis. The managers had to travel to Santiago del Estero for the match and knew that Larcamón would leave an hour away for Belo Horizonte to look for the last of his belongings. They set up a meeting and had coffee in the VIP lounge.

Moretti and Ortigoza were seduced by his vision of football, his style and his proposal to promote young people. They offered him the job, but the coach made it clear that he needed a break, although he agreed to give a definitive answer in the next few hours. If he accepted, Boedo would be willing to give him a few days to take over after facing Liverpool.

What if he says no? The Pipi Romagnoli alternative could become the definitive one given that no proposed name is entirely convincing.
