Europa League: Rafael Santos Borré puts Eintracht Frankfurt in the final against Rangers

The last of the 2021-2022 edition of European League will face German Eintracht Frankfurt alongside Scottish Glasgow Rangers, on May 18 in Seville, after Thursday’s clash of the second leg of the semifinals.

Eintracht, who had already won 2-1 in the first leg in London against West Ham, ended the job by winning 1-0 at home with a goal from former Colombian former River. Rafael Santos Borrewhile Rangers overcame the 1-0 defeat incurred in the first leg by beating RB Leipzig 3-1 in the second leg in Scotland, thus preventing a ‘100% German’ final.

The Conference League also has finalists

The final will be played Wednesday May 25 from 4:00 pm (Argentina time) at Arena Kombëtare stadium in Tirana, Albania.

The winner will get a place for the next edition of the Europa League, the second most important continental competition behind the Champions League.
