The resolution was signed by the 1st degree prosecutor José Ernesto Sylvié, part of the Public Prosecutor’s Office of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, where the complaint for “Mild intentional injuries, aggravated by being her spouse and by the mediation of gender-based violence”.

“After having analyzed the facts that are the subject of the investigation and contemplated the evidence available, I believe that the necessary conditions do not exist to formulate an accusatory hypothesis that allows us to advance towards a later stage of the trial and, consequently, I’ll have the case file“, said the prosecutor, according to what was published by the sports newspaper Olé.

What happened to Salvio?
