Catherine Raîche joined the senior management of the Cleveland Browns

Montrealer Catherine Raîche was appointed assistant general manager and vice-president of football operations for the Cleveland Browns on Thursday.

In a statement, the Browns said Raîche contribute to the management of the team’s day-to-day operations and strategic decisions surrounding player personnel and football operations.

Raîche has been vice president of football operations for the Philadelphia Eagles since May 2021. He joined the organization in 2019 as coordinator of football operations and player staff.

Quebecer has continued to climb the rankings since he began his professional football career in 2015, along with the Montreal Alouettes, as an intern. She is the highest -ranked woman on the staff of an NFL team.

After serving as assistant general manager of the Alouettes, Raîche worked for the Toronto Argonauts as director of football administration in 2018 and 2019. He was a member of the senior management of the Tampa Bay Vipers, at XFL, before joining the Eagles.
