Fans of Entertainment Electronic Expo (E3), the so many video games canceled for 2022, can head to another major video game event this summer: the Summer Game Fest.
In the program: video games at world premieres, new previews offered by studios large and small, and exclusive games.
The Summer Game Fest, now in its third year, will run for three days, June 9, 10 and 12. On the final day, Xbox and Bethesda are scheduled to present a preview of the sequel for the same company.
On an IMAX screen near you
These events will be broadcast live on Twitch, YouTube, Twitter and Facebook platforms, as well as in select IMAX theaters in the United States, United Kingdom and Canada. Movie tickets, whose rentals have not yet been revealed, will go on sale on the Summer Game Fest website from May 12th.
At the same time, the organization announced that the next Game Awards ceremony, the video game Oscars, will also be screened in several IMAX theaters next December.
