You may not recognize your Facebook feed this Wednesday morning. For a few hours, the social network has been the victim of an error that is less surprising, which has the effect of showing messages from strangers addressed to celebrity pages in the news feed of Internet users. A technical problem that could therefore affect certified accounts.
Humorous and biased messages.
On Twitter, hundreds of messages from Internet users using the keyword #facebookdown are accompanied by screenshots showing a newsfeed full of outlandish messages. Some users seem to take advantage of the error in question to publish humorous but also biased messages.
On the Downdetector site, which collects error reports from Internet users, messages arrive from France, but also from other European countries. The United States is also affected by this unprecedented Facebook error.
