At the foot of the imposing Eiffel Tower you can find many things. In the street gastronomy of the area, crepes, sandwiches, sweets, but not corn, abound.
In a viral video from TikTok you can see what a Colombian man was called Field Deivinson he breaks it by selling corn (in Argentina, very beach food) at the foot of the tower.
“We meet from the Eiffel Tower, here in Paris. I am from Colombia and this is for people who sometimes find someone on the street to sell an arepa, I want to tell them that it is the work of many people, we collaborate with them “, says the man in the video.
The reactions
There were all kinds of comments on TikTok, though the majority were in support of the Colombian’s entrepreneurship.
On the one hand, there are those who have noticed that Deivinson touched food with the same hand with which he handled cash. “Hygiene”, wrote one, while another remarked: “My friend, I congratulate you on this project … but don’t take the money with the hand that handles the food”.
In any case, the seller replied to the latter: “Ok, I’ll take that into account”.
In relation to the different variants of corn, corn, cob or corn that exist in each country where this food is usually consumed, there were users who thought that Campo prepared it poorly when adding salt.
“Missing mayonnaise, lemon, chilli that itch or not itch. Or rather l’Esquite, ”wrote one person.
Who is Deivinson Campo?
Campo first became known when his corn video went viral in mid-September, but he has long been uploading video to his TikTok showing what life is like in Europe.
In another clip, Campo assures it black pudding also has some success in France. “The lady prepares them and I take care of selling them. We already have several to deliver, “says Deivinson.
According to Open Data, Campo is one of 13,680 Colombians living in France.
Her home is a small studio apartment with only a table, a bed and a kitchen.
“We are in another aspect of our life. In search of life like all Latins who have decided to emigrate to Europe ”, says Campo in one of his videos.
