A man went missing this Saturday morning after jumping into the water from a cruise ship of the Carnival Cruise companyin east Florida.

According to witnesses, he fell into the water when the ship was 89 miles east of Port Canaveral, in eastern Florida.
After alerting authorities, crew members of Carnival’s Mardi Gras ship began searching for the passenger and were eventually relieved by Coast Guard troops, who are still conducting investigations in the area.
