Video: 1.5m crocodile whole removed from python’s stomach

Footage of the moment when a 1.5-metre crocodile was pulled almost whole from a python has traveled the world this week. The removal was carried out on November 1 at a laboratory in Florida, United States.

26-year-old geoscientist and model Rosie Moore made the viral post with more than 10 million views.

“Is the snake dead? Then why did you cut off its body?” commented one of the users.

In an interview with the British tabloid newspaper daily maileuthanasia is imperative in these cases, as there is a problem in the area infested with Burmese pythons, which attack mammals and small reptiles and dominate the local wildlife.
