The young man who killed six people at a Walmart in Virginia on Tuesday he left a message before committing suicide with the gun he had bought that day. In the note, he apologized and complained about his colleagues.
“I’m sorry I let you down, God. It wasn’t your fault, it was mine. I was bullied by idiots with low intelligence and lack of vision. I was just as guilty and let my team down and everyone who loved me by convincing them that I was normal,” confessed Andre Bing, 31, who he was a manager at that supermarket.
In the note written on his cell phone, found by the Chesapeake police and later released by the media, he clarified that his employees would suffer the “same fate” because they made fun of him.
“My real intention was never to kill anyone.. My only wish would have been for a fresh start and for my parents to pay more attention to my social deficiencies. I’m sorry. I hadn’t planned it, but things fell into place like I was possessed by Satan. May God forgive me for what I’m about to do,” she concluded.
According to ABC, he had no criminal record and legally purchased a 9mm pistol hours before the shooting. Police were alerted to the events at 10:12 pm (local time) on Tuesday, when the Walmart supermarket was still open.
Some employees cited by the chain pointed out that he was a difficult person. Jessica Wilczewski, one of the survivors, said workers were in the warehouse about to start the night shift when Bing entered and opened fire on them.
