PARIS (Reuters) – The West should consider how to meet Russia’s need for more security guarantees if President Vladimir Putin agrees to end the war in Ukraine, French President Emmanuel Macron said on television on Saturday.

In an interview with French broadcaster TFT recorded during his visit to the US this week, Macron said that Europe should prepare its future security architecture.
