Sydney School of Veterinary Science students came together for a “fur-filled” calendar where they appeared naked and with animals for a good cause. The aim of the actions is to raise funds to help NGOs and in the 2023 version the main beneficiary will be the Australian Red Cross.
On the Camden Farms Student Association website, the group explains that the personalized calendar featuring “nudes” has been a tradition among third-year students for over 10 years. They are tasked with organizing annual campus events, including updating the daring catalog.
“As Australia’s premier Veterinary Education Centre, the world-renowned Sydney School of Veterinary Science has been creating a nudity calendar for over 10 years and has raised approximately AUD $100,000 for various charities,” the group’s page says.
The Australian Red Cross is a healthcare organization that works to help those affected by weather events that cause economic and social damage in the country.
Those interested in the calendar can choose versions ranging from one, three or five photos of students with animals, ranging from R$105 to R$425. There is also the option of making smaller unobjectioned donations to the Red Cross. . .
On the Australian version of The Today Show, student Grace Iacobbe said she enjoyed the photo session she attended.
“It was a lot of fun, I think everyone had a positive experience, we laughed a lot and you can see a lot of different animals on the calendar. It was a good experience,” he said.
