A youth who escaped from the grave after being harassed and buried; boyfriend arrested

In Argentina, a 24-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of raping and burying his 17-year-old girlfriend alive. The teenager would have to dig his own grave, but he managed to escape from the pit and sought help.

According to local police, the arrest was recorded on Friday 2nd, when police found Agustín da Rosa in the city of Brazo Largo, near the Uruguayan border, after about a week of searching.

It was reported by the victim who survived their attack in the municipality of Misiones. The crime took place on November 27.

According to him, he was looking after a farm in the municipality of Itacaruare near the Brazilian border when the two attacked him.

The victim said she bought a pack of tranquilizers, sexually assaulted her, and had her own grave dug before tying her up, throwing her in a ditch and covering her with earth.

The young woman said, “I saw that he changed his behavior and everything started. I said it was like this because of the medicine. He gave me two pills. I screamed, but no one was around.” An interview with the Argentine channel El Terrirório.

The young woman said that she managed to escape from the hole after covering part of her body by the man. The suspect, still under the influence of the drug, fell asleep and managed to escape, running to the road and asking for help from a passer-by.

The young man went to the police to explain the incident and to undergo a forensic examination. Doctors who performed a physical examination of the young woman said she had injuries to her back, legs, arms and face, as well as signs of sexual abuse.

Searches began on Friday and he was detained at a gas station in the municipality of Brazo Largo, more than 900 kilometers from the scene.

According to the newspaper El Territorio, the suspect was in a truck with another man. The vehicle was stopped for inspection and the police realized that Agustín had an open arrest warrant against him.
