A 67 year old female died after being viciously attacked by a pit bull breed dog to which there was collected days earlier from the street and brought to live in his house.

The tragedy that led to serious consequences due to dog bites occurred in the municipality of Macastre, at the La Fe Hospital in Valencia, Spain.

The victim, whose name was not disclosed, had picked up the animal and had it with him at his home, according to hospital sources.
