Mayo Clinic specialists in the USA assure that it is possible to develop a plan for obtaining positive energy. While there are many influencing factors, such as age, sleep patterns, stress levels, and medical conditions, Jolene Hanson, a clinical social worker at the American Organization, recommended some simple tips that apply to daily life.

Get seven to eight hours of sleep

Prioritizing sleep is one of the first factors you should consider in order to have a successful day ahead. Lack of sleep can cause Health problems, as well as change mood change, motivation and reduce energy. Sleeping well is a healthy habit that many people should pay more attention to.

Hang out with positive people

It is important to spend time with those people who generate good energy. Connecting with other groups who radiate positivity and have similar interests brings enthusiasm and optimal daily motivation.

Consume a large amount of nutrients

Maintaining a healthy routine is the foundation of well-being. According to the 2020 United Nations Dietary Guidelines, a balanced diet with a large source of fruits and vegetables, lean proteins, low-fat dairy products, and whole grains is required for ideal energy.

Do physical activity

If doing chores makes you tired and stress is a part of your life, the United States Department of Health and Human Services recommends that adults get at least 150 minutes of physical activity during the week. Indeed, such activity will add a great level of energy which will help you end the day in an ideal way.
