– Avoid naps, especially in the late afternoon. Or limit them to a maximum of 30 minutes a day.

– Limit the consumption of drinks containing caffeine and alcohol, especially in the afternoon and at night.

– Maintain a consistent sleep schedule.

– Follow an exercise program appropriate to your physical condition.

– Avoid doing intense workouts at the last minute.

As a general rule, it should be noted that an adult should sleep about eight hours a day.
