At every event where she is present, Lady Gaga attracts attention. At the Oscars 2023 she not only interpreted the theme perfectly “Hold my hand”from Top Gun: Maverick, but also helped a photographer off the ground.

It happened on the red carpet of the ceremony held at the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles. As she walked to the living room, the singer noticed that a paparazzi she wanted to photograph her look had fallen to the floor.

When he passed in front of him he didn’t hesitate: He supported the march and assisted him leaving all his usual charm aside. The man thanked him and was able to go back to his work.

The Academy didn’t expect Gaga to attend the ceremony. Her presence has not been confirmed because she the actress is filming the Joaquin Phoenix sequel with joker.

But Gaga finally joined those in attendance at the last moment and performed the warm song from Top Gun: Maverick on stage, in what was one of the most intimate and heartfelt moments of the gala. ‘Hold My Hand’, one of the five nominees, lost to the theme song of Indian film RRR.

The 36-year-old artist’s brand new look was one of the most commented on and photographed at the 2023 Oscars. The singer wore a black ball gown with a sheer corset top and a full skirt.

The dress was accessorized with Tiffany & Co. jewelry, including a vintage diamond choker necklace, matching bracelet, and simple diamond earrings.

The most embarrassing moment of the Oscars

One of the surprises of the Oscars was the triumph of Jamie Lee Curtis in the category Best Supporting Actress for his bizarre role in All everywhere at the same time (Everything everywhere all at once). Even she didn’t know she’d win, so when her name was announced, her reaction was pretty genuine.

Even as Curtis was expressing his happiness, there were teammates who couldn’t hide their disappointment at losing. one of them was Angela Bassettothe main candidate to keep the statuette.

When her opponent’s name came out of the envelope, the actress of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever she stood, poker face. His indifference to Curtis’s triumph was all the more evident because of his colleagues Stephanie Hsu AND hongchautwo who were also battling for the prize, were almost as excited as Jamie Lee.

“I just won an Oscar!” the Halloween star exclaimed as she climbed up to receive her Oscar. In Everything, Everywhere at the same time, she plays Deirdre Beaubeirdre, a very colorful character who accompanies (and sometimes confronts) the protagonist on her journey through the multiverse.

The other actresses nominated in their category were the ones mentioned HIfor The Whale; Hsufor Everything everywhere at the same time; basset, for Black Panther: Wakanda Forever; AND Condom Kerry, for The Banshees of Inisherin. The latter was also quite nonchalant when Curtis won.
