How to do it? An altar is set up with a white candle and a glass of water. When we light the candle, we imagine ourselves happy, surrounded by a silver protective aura in our home and try to feel the lightness in our body.

After a few minutes, let’s say “Thanks thanks thanks”. When the candle goes out, we throw the water into a pot or place with earth.
