France’s AFP news agency reported on the 17th (local time) that Russian fashion designer Louisa Koschik (40) was expelled for sharing a nude photo taken in front of a huge tree in Bali, Indonesia on her social media. . The tree in question is a 700-year-old banyan tree at the Babakan Temple in Tabanan, Bali, believed to be magical by Balinese residents.

The photo sparked outrage across Indonesia. As a result, Kosik was arrested by the Immigration Department on the 13th and deported on a flight to Moscow on the night of the 16th.
