A woman told social media that she had to separate from her husband due to a particular situation: she gave away her cat Benji. In a forum on the social network Reddit, she said that when she returned from a trip, the cat was gone. Penetrating.

Earlier this week, an anonymous user of the platform explained that Benji helped her cope with her father’s death and thus formed a special bond with her kitten. She adopted him as a puppy and they were together for two years. However, the man said the cat was “creepy,” she waited for an opportunity and took him to a pet shelter.

In her story, the woman says that when she got home and the cat wasn’t there, she never imagined that her husband had given it to her. Her husband told her that Benji was actually being looked after by a colleague.
