“I did something that I thought was funny and it wasn’t taken that way,” Bill Murray said when referring to the controversy that featured him a few weeks ago.

The 71-year-old actor was accused of “inappropriate behavior” by a partner recording with him, Seth Rogen and Aziz Ansari a film titled Being Deadly.

Notably, the production suspended the shooting of the film until after the investigation into what happened or until the parties involved reconcile. Murray explained to CNBC on Saturday that the film was “shut down” because of “differences of opinion.”

“I had a difference of opinion with a female coworker. I did something that I think was funny and it wasn’t taken that way, ”the actor said, adding:“ I don’t do much other than think about it for the last week or two … you know, the the world is different than when I was a child.

“What I always thought was funny when I was a kid is not the same as funny now. Things changed and the weather changed. So, it’s important for me to solve this, ”continued the Groundhog Day keynote.

However, the episode remains airtight. It is not known what Murray’s attitude was or who the woman who filed the complaint was.

“We are both professionals, we like each other’s work, we like each other, I think. If we really don’t get along and trust each other, there’s no point in promoting, working or even making a film, ”Bill commented on the project’s suspension.

The producer Searchlight Images Deadline said “they will not comment while investigations continue.” “We found a complaint and immediately analyzed it,” the company said.

In this way, Murray accepted the attitude Searchlight took: “The movie studio wanted to do the right thing, so they decided to check everything, investigate, and that’s why they stopped production.”

In mid -April the complaint against the actor. Being Mortal is comedian Ansari’s first film as a director and doesn’t know what will happen in its future in theaters.

Lucy said the fight was “one on one” and everything was “unfair and unreasonable.” “Some of their languages are unforgivable and unacceptable and I will not sit there and say nothing. So yes, I stand up for myself and I don’t regret it. “

During that time, many of his colleagues supported him and things calmed down, but the situation continued in the media. Liu understands that the press representative was wrong about what happened and so she was typecast as a complex actress.
