Ukrainian President Volodimir Zelensky on Saturday accused his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin of try to “blame” Ukraine of the brutal attack in which at least 133 people were killed in a Moscow concert hall. Furthermore, he called him a “bastard”.
“What happened in Moscow is obvious: “Putin and the other bastards try to shift the blame onto others.” of the attack, claimed by ISIS, Zelensky said, after Russian leaders mentioned the existence of a Ukrainian lead in the massacre.
In his message on Saturday, nearly 24 hours after the attack on Moscow, Putin spoke about Ukraine and made no mention of ISIS-K, the terrorist organization that claimed responsibility for the attack.
