A Starbucks barista may write a message along with the consumer’s name, but in this case the young woman reported feeling harassed.
Given the wave of reactions that the publication had, the company itself intervened to respond.

The complainant, for her part, wrote on the same photo and responded to those who questioned her on March 31st.
