The United States provided intelligence to assist Ukrainian forces find and attack the flagship of Russia’s Black Sea fleet last month, another sign that the (Biden) administration is easing its own limitations on to what extent he will help Ukraine to fight Russia, U.S. officials said.

The administration has tried to keep secret most of the battlefield and maritime intelligence it shares with Ukrainians for fear it will be seen as an increase and arouse President Vladimir V. Putin from Russia to a wider war.
But in recent weeks, the United States sent heavier weapons in Ukraine and asked Congress for additional extraordinary military, economic and humanitarian assistance 33,000 million dollars, showing how fast US restrictions are changing in support for Ukraine.
