Salvador Ramos, the 18-year-old who attended a school in Texas and killed 19 students and two teachers.
Twenty-four hours after the attack that killed 19 children and two teachers at a Texas school on Tuesday, details about how the shooting took place continue to emerge.
The author of the attack, identified as Salvador Ramos, alerted about 15 minutes before in a Facebook message that he would shoot at a school, according to the state governor.
At a press conference, the Republican Greg Abbott explanation that almost half an hour before the hunt, Ramos he wrote on that social network that he would shoot his grandmother.
A few minutes later, he posted another in which he said he had attacked his grandmother – who had been serious injury-, and in the third message, published a quarter of an hour before the school massacre, he indicated that appropriate to attack a school.
Meanwhile, the company PurposeFacebook owner, came out to clarify that “the messages described by Governor Greg Abbott is private, user to userand discovered after the terrible tragedy had taken place.
“We are working closely with law enforcement on their investigation,” a Meta spokesperson said on Twitter. Andy Stone. Minutes before this, Abbott, of the Republican Party, explained that Ramos had written on Facebook that he would shoot.
All of these messages, according to Meta, are sent privately to another user, and therefore not seen by other Internet users or by the company itselfa.
Abbott explained that as well in addition to the 21 killed there were 17 injured in this eventthree of them were policemen, though there was no fear for their lives.
The Texan governor also explained that the weapon used by Ramos was an AR15 rifle, and that, as is known to date, the young man has no criminal record or history of mental health problems. The attacker was killed by a Texas Border Patrol agent.

“I have a little secret”
The young Ramos was 18 years old and a student at Uvalde High School, while his misdemeanor crime occurred at Robb Elementary School, in Uvalde, Texas, about 135 kilometers west of San Antonio.
The investigation is now looking into the motive of the attack and clues are leading, as usual, to social networks and chats. There are two data points that predict disaster.
One: the photos Ramos sent to a friend showing him his weapons. And one, a chat he had with a girl whom, without his knowledge, he told her he had “a secret to tell.”
The photos spread on the Internet of Ramos were copied from his Instagram account @salv8dor_, which was closed minutes after his identity was revealed.
Those photos, showing him a rifle and charger, were uploaded in late April. After the closure of the official Instagram account, it was filled with “fake accounts” that copied the same images.
Once the massacre was discovered, a young woman from the Instagram account @epnupues showed up talking to Ramos in the stories.
The Instagram user, whose real name is not known, shared photos of the conversation with Ramos, who wrote to him using the profile @ salv_8dor_. The first contact between the two was on May 12 and the exchange ended moments before the tragedy in Uvalde.
Unbeknownst to him, Ramos tagged him in a story in which he showed two AR-15 weapons that he allegedly used in the shooting. “Will you repost the gun photos I uploaded?” he asked the girl, to which she replied, “What have your guns got to do with me?”
“I just wanted to tag you. You should be thankful, ”said the young man.

“No”, she answered, it scares me fr (for freak or freaky – derogatory way of saying phenomenon). I barely know you and you tag me in a photo with some weapons. ”That’s where the exchange ended.
On Monday – the day before the massacre – Ramos contacted him again. “I’m close …” the shooter wrote. “About what?”, Replied the girl, who received the following reply: “I will tell you then.”
The girl broke up with him and said “the only reason I answered him was because I was afraid of him.” She then reflected that it was a shame she hadn’t take care of him “at least trying to talk him out of committing his crime; he didn’t know.”
